Khunryonyz, operating in the United States from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, is committed to providing high-quality custom clothing decoration services including patches, embroidery, and appliqué work. Due to the custom nature of our clothing decoration products, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Products
All patches, embroidery, and appliqué work are custom-made to your specifications for clothing, uniforms, and apparel. Once production has begun or been completed for your clothing decoration order, custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the approved design specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will:
- Review the issue and determine if it qualifies as a manufacturing defect
- Offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost
- Provide a full refund if a replacement is not possible
Design Approval
Before production begins for your clothing decoration project, we provide digital proofs and physical samples of patches, embroidery, or appliqué work for your approval. Once you approve a design for your clothing decoration order:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the design specifications, including colors, sizes, and placement for patches and embroidery on garments
- Changes or cancellations after approval may incur additional fees, as materials may have already been ordered for your clothing decoration project
- Returns will not be accepted for design choices you approved, as custom patches, embroidery, and appliqué work cannot be resold
- Approval confirms your acceptance of how the design will appear on your clothing, uniforms, or apparel
Return Process
If you believe you have received a defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos clearly showing the defect or issue
- Include your order number and a description of the problem
- Wait for our team to review and approve the return
- Ship the item back using the provided return shipping label
Non-Returnable Items
The following clothing decoration items are not eligible for return:
- Custom patches, embroidery, or appliqué work that match approved designs for your clothing decoration project
- Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper care of garments with patches or embroidery
- Clothing decoration products returned more than 30 days after delivery within the United States
- Patches, embroidery, or appliqué items that have been attached to garments, used, altered, or modified
- Digital products or design services for clothing decoration, including embroidery digitization files or appliqué pattern designs
- Custom patches, embroidery, or appliqué work that has been personalized with specific names, logos, or designs for your clothing or uniforms
Refunds
If your return is approved for clothing decoration items (patches, embroidery, or appliqué work):
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method in United States dollars within 10-14 business days
- Shipping costs for patches, embroidery, or appliqué items are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error in the clothing decoration production
- Custom setup fees for digitizing embroidery designs or preparing appliqué patterns are non-refundable once production has begun for your clothing decoration project
- Design fees for creating custom patch, embroidery, or appliqué artwork are non-refundable after approval
Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or design, you will need to place a new order. We may offer a discount on reorders in certain circumstances.
Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and product
- We will file a claim with the shipping carrier
- We will send a replacement as soon as possible at no cost to you
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label
- You will not be charged for the correct item or return shipping
Cancellations
Order cancellations:
- Must be requested before production begins
- May incur a cancellation fee if design work has already been completed
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10-14 business days
